Booking
Booking is made via WhatsApp, email or the form. It is confirmed after receipt of the 30% deposit. The balance is paid on the day of the tour, before departure, in cash (MAD or €) or by transfer / Wise as agreed.
Pricing
Prices are listed in euros (€), per person or per couple depending on the tour, and include what is listed in the "Included" section of each tour.
Cancellation by the guest
- More than 48h before: full refund of the deposit.
- Between 24h and 48h: 50% of the deposit retained.
- Less than 24h: deposit not refunded.
- No-show (absent on the day without notice): deposit not refunded, no reschedule.
Guest illness or proven impediment
In case of illness or impediment (cancelled flight, family emergency) supported by proof, we offer a free reschedule to a mutually agreed date within 12 months.
Force majeure on Tanja Tours' side
In case of weather making the tour impossible, mechanical breakdown or unforeseen event on our side, we offer rescheduling or a full refund.
Liability
The vehicle is fully insured. Personal belongings remain under your responsibility.
Applicable law
Moroccan law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Tangier.
